Where & When it all began
Lighthouse Of The Valley has been active in the city of Stockton since 1995.  Pastor Michael and Vashty Delgado are the Senior Pastors of "Lighthouse Of The Valley" (originally known as Calvary Christian Center). Their passion sparked a mighty move of God in the economically challenged South Stockton Community.  Their personalities are meek and inspiring with full confidence in the Word of God and the work He has set before them.

Our purpose
Our purpose is to love and nurture people who have been damaged by life, to see them receive healing spiritually, emotionally, physically, and mentally.  We are here to bring hope and change to hurting lives, and since September 24, 1995, our doors have been open to the surrounding communities.  Lighthouse of the Valley is committed to strengthening marriages and families, helping people develop real friends through church gatherings, leading people to a fulfilling relationship with Jesus Christ, and giving youth a brighter future.

Our Vision
Our vision is to expand our local church to the size and shape according to God's plan.  This facility will be home to a multi-purpose youth center, a live-in drug and alcohol program, an on-site daycare facility, a family counseling center, and a children's home.  We envision planting numerous daughter churches throughout the California Central Valley and Greater Bay Area.

Our Fundamental Teaching 
The basic and fundamental teaching of this church shall be the Bible standard of full salvation, which is repentance, baptism in water by immersion in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the initial sign of speaking with other tongues as the Spirit gives utterance.
