Is to expand our local church to the size and shape according to God's plan.  This facility will be home to a multi-purpose youth center, a live-in drug and alcohol program, an on-site daycare facility, a family counseling center, and a children's home.  We envision planting numerous daughter churches throughout the California Central Valley and Greater Bay Area.
